We also have mini workshops focusing on specific exercises, equipment uses and some handy lifestyle tips to be pain free.

How to get the most from online classes?
Try to schedule regular times and days to practice, routine really helps with motivation.
Always make sure you exercise in a safe space, where you can move freely away from hazards.

Use a Pilates mat (ideally a minimum 12mm thick) and train with bare feet or in socks.
Have a towel handy and a water bottle.

If you're New to Pilates, ensure you complete the Short Beginner Course before progressing to the Intermediate and advanced level classes. It’s very important you master the basics of Plates before progressing to the next level.
